Refund & Cancellation Policy
Straightforward rules for Syllaboo subscriptions purchased from Rosterd LLC.

Syllaboo offers a 14-day Complete trial without requiring a credit card. Any subscription price and billing interval will be shown before checkout.
14-day first-purchase guarantee
If Syllaboo is not right for you, email getrosterd@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of your first paid Syllaboo purchase. We will refund that initial plan charge to the original payment method. Charges incurred after the first 14 days, extra-child usage, and later renewal charges are generally nonrefundable except where required by law or caused by our billing error.
Cancellation
You may cancel through Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless checkout or the customer portal says otherwise, access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Deleting the app or becoming inactive does not cancel a subscription.
Plan changes
Upgrades, downgrades, and child-count changes may be prorated by Stripe. The amount and timing are shown in the billing flow before confirmation whenever available.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional business days to post the credit. Include the account email and reason for the request, but never send full card details.
